Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

We Got Character will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the purchase if returned within 30 days of the shipping date unless otherwise stated herein.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition at the time of purchase. If the item is being sold as New it should be in the original unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on clothing if the merchandise has been used or worn.
Returns or Exchanges by Mail
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged by mail via USPS at your expense. Your name and address must be included on the label (packages will not be accepted without a return name and address). Allow 2 weeks for processing.
If you need to return your item please reach out to us with your intent and for the return mailing address.
Preparing your return:
Use a strong corrugated box.
Pack and tape your package securely.
Please provide and retain your tracking number  for tracking purposes
(We do not accept C.O.D.)
If for any reason your order can not be completed your money will be returned to you in the the same matter as in which it was paid by. Example: If you paid by Paypal, it will be refunded back to paypal. This is also the method we will use for any refunds given, if an exchange can not be made.
