All lots and groupings will be shipped together as shown in the listing.

Shipping:


Most items ship using USPS.
Orders ship within 5 business days of payment.


Returns and Refunds:


Use our Contact us  page to initiate a return or refund.
All returns must have prior approval.

Any return/refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the item, and items approved for return must be shipped back within seven (7) days of approval at the buyer's expense unless it was an error on our part.

A full refund is only given if an item is broken in transit and proof has been provided of such.

Any approved return orders will be refunded the amount paid for the item (excluding shipping and handling) less a restocking fee of 25%.

All items must be returned in their original listed condition. Items that have been altered will not be refunded.
